Great storage option. They were able to set me up on no notice after another company didn't honor my reservation. Good rate, easy access, and the owner is available and communicates well.

Wonderful customer service. Cheap and easy access. The management followed up with me when he didn't see my reservation. Which was great because it didnt go through and I was going to go somewhere else. But they took care of me and gave me a free lock. All done without going into the office. Awesome awesome awesome place.

They're under new management now and I've noticed the difference within the first three months. The property grounds still look well-kept after which is a good thing. But the manager is different and that's where I choose to change my rating from 5 stars down to 2 stars because I have experienced better. New manager: Hasn't figured out a way to give gate codes to tenants unless the tenants call and ask for it. It has been a few months now and I still have to call to get the code. No biggie. One month, I had paid a full week before the first (got the receipt, thought all was good), I didn't ask for the code and didn't need to get to unit until near the end of the month when my husband was moving a bed out for a friend. So I called for the code and was asked if i had paid. I said "yes". Todd said "we'll i guess I'll have to trust you on that, if you haven't it wouldn't matter cause your unit will be locked". I thought nothing of it until my husband found that it was locked. No late fees charged but for a whole month this lock was on our unit. I understand if it was a computer error but it was a human error. And we received no notification of this lockout from the manager at all. I was confused and not happy and neither was my husband...it was a hot day and he was very busy. It was unlocked when the manager came back. That's not how I would run things or some of the other managers I've met in the past. In my previous jobs, I've dealt with on average 300 logs and entries a month. This should be no different, except it's half that. Old manager: Michael was on top of things and even went above and beyond (like getting a box from my unit that was very heavy and hard for me to reach.) He kept us informed on any changes, discounts, or up-comings. He had an automated system for gate codes that very well. I guess I was spoiled with the great customer service from Michael and hoped that the next manager would provide good customer service at least.

If you have a choice do not put your items here. Ths company has not had stable management and I have had to wait many days to get the gate code to be able to enter the storage area and get to my own unit. Currently I have called three different numbers since Satuday (it is now Tuesday) and no one has called me back.
