I recently rented a 5X10 storage unit and was very impressed by the cleanliness and ease of getting a unit. The facility has elevators and large push carts to easily transfer my items for storage from my car into the storage unit. Even though it was a 107 that day, the entire storage facility was not above 80 and I barely broke a sweat!! Thank you Raylene for all of your help!! :-)

It took us a couple days to decide on the storage unit at AllStorage, but Im glad we did. The customer service was outstanding and we were allowed to tour multiple units to see which one we would prefer. Directions were clear and easy to follow, and they got us the unit we wanted even though their internet was down! These ladies exhausted all means possible to ensure the best customer service.

All storage is great. Price is right and they don't raise it like other do.
The only complaint I have is the need to provide proof of insurance every year. If you don't provide it they charge more. I catch this because I refuse to use autopayments. Overall a good place. Staff is nice and the access is easy. We are glad we moved to them.

I have had my storage unit for a week now. This is a well kept storage facility!! I was a little disappointed when I found out you are only allowed to access your unit during hours of operation. The ladies I encounter were very nice to allow me to get all of my things in my unit after getting a uhaul late. I know they stayed well past their time and that can be frustrating. I really appreciated them for doing that because I didn't have anywhere else to take my things.

We are selling our home and decided to inquire about renting a unit at the All Storage Facility in White Settlement, TX, which is near our home. There, we met Raylene, who assisted us. We found her very professional, personable and helpful. She answered our questions promptly and exactly, and after showing us several units to choose from, we decided to immediately sign-up for a unit. We enjoyed her enthusiasm and appreciated her commitment to satisfying our needs. Frankly speaking, she convinced us this is the best storage facility in the area. I would have given All Storage 5 Stars if the website has worked correctly. We originally tried getting our unit online, but it wouldn't let us pick a gate code. So, we reserved the unit online instead. That was super easy to do and didn't give us problems. We went in the next day to complete the reservation. The people were very friendly and personable. The process didn't take too long and our unit was easy to find. Over all it was a very pleasant experience.

I was here earlier this afternoon helping a friend move. First of all the unit is clean and well lit. Secondly, they have dollies available to move your stuff which makes moving quick and efficient. We had some questions regarding changing our locker and the front desk staff, Vanessa, was friendly, extremely helpful and professional. Raylene and Vanessa are THE BEST! As a matter of fact, their entire staff is superb!! Too bad I can't give them ten stars! They were supportive of my moving company disaster and assisted me in any way they could. They even switched me to a larger unit, after I had leased a smaller unit, when it was found the space I needed to store my move was insufficient. They were kind, courteous, super easy to work with, and the ENTIRE facility is SUPER CLEAN and easy to get to with reasonable prices for climate controlled units! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using AllStorage as a place to store your valuables and antiques and other household goods! Raylene and Vanessa made what had turned out to be an extraordinarily horrible and very tearful day a little bit brighter and a bit easier to bear. Thank you so, so much ladies!

VANESSA CAME TO MY RESCUE! Long story short I had to move my entire life very quickly and DFW All Storage in White Settlement was the closest to my new bedroom that I was moving to all the way from Hurst. Vanessa was the only person and manager who was there 5 minutes before closing and since I was new to the area I had no idea. SHE STAYED FOR ME AND MY THINGS so that I could move into the unit. I know working in a retail environment comes with it's hellish customers and I know that this situation was definitely that. Vanessa came to my aid and truly did me a solid by giving her time to me. I will be forever endebted to her. The facility itself was very nice, easy to access, and provide the flatbed push carts at every elevator! But really Vanessa is what made my move drama free. Employee of the Year right there! Thank you DFW All Storage White Settlement for hiring superb individuals with really large hearts!
